El proceso administrativo aplicado a la Empresa familiar “Mecánica Automotor” de la ciudad de Riobamba

Abstract

The objective of this degree work was to implement the administrative process of the Family Business “Mecánica Automotor”, with the purpose of strengthening the administrative management of the entity, the field research allowed to apply different instruments such as the interview, which was applied the owner manager and the employees for the collection of information, for this a SWOT analysis was carried out where the real situation that was maintained was developed empirically and the lack of an accounting system for their transactions, then each of the stages of an administrative process was developed, where organizational and functional structures could be implemented according to the needs of the company, in addition, the Flowcharts will allow the easy reading of each process of work and with the financial ratios may evaluate the different accounting movements. In order to know the profitability that the Family Business maintains, a financial manual was made where you will find a catalog of accounts that will facilitate the use and management of these. It was possible to determine that the Family Company “Mecánica Automotor” has strengths that it should take advantage of in a timely manner to deal with the various factors that negatively affect the process of daily activities, likewise, it is recommended to execute all the management strategies to ensure development and growth, in addition to implementing new administrative tools.
