Utilización de un fertilizante orgánico-mineral (Pasto leche) en la producción de una mezcla forrajera de la parroquia Ilapo.

Abstract

In the farm of Mr. Luis Paredes located in the Ilapo parish, Canton Guano, Province of Chimborazo, the response of two levels of organic-mineral fertilizer (Pasture meadow Milk) was evaluated; (T1) 400, (T2) 500 kg / ha, compared to a control treatment T0 (0) kg / ha in an established forage mix (Dactylis glomerata and Trifolium repens), with a duration of 120 days. The total area of the experiment was 600m2, the experimental units were made up of 50 m2 (5m x 10m), giving a total of 12 plots, each treatment had 4 repetitions distributed under a Design of Blocks Completely Random. The results obtained showed that the best yields were obtained when applying 400 and 500 kg / ha, reaching a height in the two cuts of 49.86 and 47.68 cm, production of green forage 34.88 and 35.45 Tn / ha / cut and dry matter production 17.34 and 11.30 Tn / ha / cut, for the bromatological analysis in the first cut reported a protein content 16.89% fiber 29.9% and ash with 2.9%, while for the second cut showed the highest protein content 18.90%, 29.03% fiber and 3.65% ash when applying 40kg / ha of organic-mineral fertilizer, in addition the pH changed from a value of 5.91 to 5.41, improved the presence of organic matter of 0.70% amounted to 7.10%, the best cost benefit was obtained with the (T2) 500 kg / ha of 1.86; Therefore, the use of organic-mineral fertilizer (Pasture meadow Milk) of 400 to 500 kg / ha is recommended to achieve greater production in the forage mix.
