Mejoramiento de la cadena productiva en la empresa "Calzado Vaness", implementando herramientas Lean Manufacturing.

Abstract

The present work of titration was developed in the company Calzado Vaness with the purpose of designing and implementing a schematic program of improvement of the productive process in the elaboration of shoes, to optimize resources and to increase its productive capacity, allowing to extend its market in such a way that the company is more competitive in price, delivery time and quality. For the realization of this plan we worked under the lean manufacturing philosophy, for which, we proceeded as a starting point making a diagnosis of the current situation using the VSM tool in all the sections that make up the production área that helped determine the current conditions and therefore the best proposals that benefit your productive process. The application of the 5S tool, contributed significantly in the organization, standardization and standardization of procedures regarding the order and cleanliness of the work posts, significantly improving the production área. The application of the KANBAN card tool, was used to control the progress of work from one job to the next, improving the coordination of the Flow of raw materials in process. The application of the tool JUST IN TIME, defined the way in which should optimize the production system, getting the optimal amount of materials to produce the right amount of products in the place, at the right time and always with the required quality. All this, resulted in the company improving the working environment in regarding order and cleanliness, optimize your production process in times and distances producing just and necessary. It is recommended to maintain and improve what has been achieved through permanent training to the staff that helps to enhance their skills and improve their skills so that it is reflected in their daily performance.
