El Sistema Unitario de Compensación Regional (SUCRE) en el comercio exterior del Ecuador, como una herramienta en el incremento de las exportaciones desde su implementación

Abstract

Unitary System of Regional Compensation (SUCRE), In Ecuador’s foreign trade as a tool in increasing exports from its implementation. Motivated to know if the implementation of the Sucre System has increased exports by which was created. The problem in the South indicates that the crisis is not new, since the asymmetry of the north has a high value, while in the South, supplying commodities depriving meet the needs, extremely difficult for exports. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the Unitary System of Regional Compensation (Sucre), in the foreign trade of Ecuador, as an alternative to increasing exports of Ecuador, determining the type of exports that have been made under Sucre System. The methodology of this study is deductive through reports and memories, research techniques, Reading a surveys. As a result of this documentary research could meet the objectives, analyze the System making Sucre, and determining the advantage of a Clearing System`s own Regional Member countries of ALBA-TCP. It was determined also that the nations of the Region involved in Sucre System are less dependent on international currencies, which protects the volatility of this currency. The launch of the new currency is a necessary step towards financial independence and complementary regional economies of the countries of the South and Central America. Sucre System is concluded that the figure as a powerful tool because it has demonstrated with facts that it is a System with high operational capacity and has a flexible platform, secure, reliable, efficient and most important, helping to strengthen and diversify exports of member countries. It is recommended that in order to enable the country to improve its economy, exports should be promoted at the micro level, providing through the National Finance Corporation training to small entrepreneurs, in order to increase production and export by Sucre System.
