Abstract

The research Project is called “Project of Exportation of finished leathers at the factory “PIELES PUMA”, Los Tres Juanes Citadel, Tungurahua province, to the market in London – England. A complete analysis on the market today of leathers clothing and fine leather was carried out with its projections establishing the group directed this market research, Importers in the rest the word would be potential customers. The project of exportation is based on strategies such as indirect logistics, transport, customs, secured agents, insurance, as well as emphasis on the economic and political environment, and balance of trade analysis of bilateral exchange, regulations and environmental laws, marketing, laws, culture of business, modification to the product and finance. Facing national competition designed to international competition gaining through promoting the enterprise by forming strategic alliances to reduce costs, improving the efficiency and diversifying products to decrease the risk to be alone in the market, obtaining to sell larger volumes for using the production capacity of the enterprise and offer a product which is priced handmade worldwide the financial variables also are part of the feasibility.
