Collects like theoretical base to several classical and modern authors, national and international and between them Elizondo López in his book Process Countable provides with his study like a guide to can arrive to the content of the following proposal on the system of Accounting of Services: Phase No. 1:Systematization Phase No. 2: Valuation Phase No. 3Processing, Phase No. 4 Evaluation and Information; whose purpose is to attain reliability in the financial information. The present previous thesis to the obtaining of the title of Graduates, has developed under the application of the approach of investigation quali-quantitative, having a main percentage of the approach qualitative. One of the important conclusions refer to the interview and the surveys realized to the Mr President, managerial, Manager and employees that affirm the hypothesis that says: “The design of a System of Accounting of Services will allow that the managerial level attain reliability in the financial information of Association of tipper of Cotopaxi. Between the recommendations proposes to the managerial level a countable instrument that serve like tool to attain financial Information, efficient, timely and reliable.
