dc.descriptionLa presente tesis es un Plan para la exportación de flores desde Ecuador hacia el mercado de New York – Estados Unidos, de la Empresa Decoflor ubicada en la ciudad de Latacunga, el plan permitirá comercializar el producto a un mercado más amplio y rentable. Se dio a conocer los aspectos generales de la Empresa Decoflor empezando por sus lineamientos estratégicos, como su misión, visión y políticas, se describió también su estructura organizacional a través del organigrama de la empresa, se detallaron sus productos y la capacidad de producción de la misma, además del proceso productivo de la cosecha de los diferentes tipos de flores, desde la preparación del terreno hasta la cosecha además de mostrar los aspectos técnicos para la construcción de los invernaderos. En cuanto a la comercialización hacia el exterior, se encontró el portal www.flowersimportingandsources.es.tl y se obtuvieron los contactos de empresas importadoras de Rosas en New York, y se eligió a la a la Empresa Atlas Floral Decorators Incorporated, la cual tiene un requerimiento de 1 tonelada mensual de Rosas de las variedades “Freedom”, y “Vendela”; mismas que produce Decoflor, además se detallan los documentos, tramites y certificados que la empresa necesita para exportar, los términos de negociación que se van a utilizar, los cuales fueron FOB, es decir la empresa entregará la mercadería en el puerto local y no de destino, los gastos de transporte y seguro los cubrirá la empresa contraparte de la negociación y el régimen aduanero al cual la empresa se acoge que es el de consumo, pues las flores se utilizara en el país de destino y no volverán a ser reexportadas. Se finalizó con la realización del estudio y evaluación financiera, el cual permitió determinar la variación en los estados financieros, al aumentar la actividad exportadora, concluyendo que la misma es beneficiosa para la empresa al incrementar sus utilidades, por lo que se recomienda poner en marcha las exportaciones.es_ES
