Abstract

The Project of producing and exporting cane sugar liquor Pájaro Azul of Bolívar province, Guanujo, as a Production Company has been prepared in order to demonstrate the productive, economic, financial and social viability which will generate the installation of the industry in this productive sector. Following the implementation of the market research: the exportation of the product to Spain, city of Madrid, the Technical Study of Production, the Economic – Financial Evaluation and the Environmental Impact Analysis are proposed in order to take the advantage of the available raw material (sugar cane and manpower ) of the sector, this will improve the economy of the area, generate working places, raise the income level of the population and improve their quality of life. The target market is the Ecuadorian migrant population and their interrelationships in social activities, work and other integration features , as the number of families, who threw a potential demand for taste, tradition, aroma and consumption of the ancestral. Production, marketing and consumption tending to sustain production levels to meet demand and consequently maintain a sustainable production in time is proposed . The total investment is local shareholders , with an own contribution of capital and financing . The project applies assessment and economic evaluation – with viable financial estimates : NPV, IRR , IPP , and B C.
