Plan de gestión integral de la Compañia de Transportes TRANSALINERITO S.A. de Salinas de Bolívar, 2019

Abstract

The objective of the present titling work is to design an Integral Management plan for the TranSalinerito S.A Transport Company of the city of Guaranda in the Salinas Parish in the 2019 period, in order to significantly improve the functioning of the entity. For the development of the present research, quantitative and qualitative methodologies were used, through a field study based on an interview made to the entity`s Manager and surveys aimed at customers and owners of the company`s units. It also established a matrix SWOT which allows finding the following results: the company lacks a business philosophy that directs the company, does not have an organizational structure necessary for development; its staff is not trained in staff and tourism. The proposed comprehensive management plan aims to improve planning, control, execution and coordination of activities in the general context of the company; allowing to solve most problems, and achieve better business performance because it will obtain a better market positioning and this will generate a higher level of confidence at the time of obtaining financing for the modernization of the units. Therefore, it is recommended to consider the execution of the proposed Integral Management Plan, since it will allow a broad business growth benefiting the company.
