Plan de negocios para la Mueblería Machado e hijos de la ciudad de Riobamba, 2019-2021

Abstract

The design of the business plan for the Children & Machado furniture or the Riobamba city, it was made with the purpose of strengthening the organization in an integral way in each of its areas. The modality of the research was qualitative and quantitative using techniques such as the interview addressed to the manager and workers instead that survey applied to clients, this allowed to know strengths and weaknesses in the organization, group´s clients, keenly aware of the confidence and loyalty and acceptance of the product, in addition to this was established by the objective market through a market study where an unmet demand of 10192 was obtained for the year 2018. In the proposed framework, the marketing plan has been prepared that will strengthen the corporate imagine, the operative plan that will help to have control of over orders, the technical plan showing the productive capacity, the administrative plan where an organizational structure has been established, SWOT matrix and functions manual, the financial plan where the financial statements are presented, break-even point and indicators such as: Net Present Value (NPV) of 4,496.06 USD, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 20%, Benefit Cost of 1,46 USD, Investment Recovery Period (IRP) of 3 years and the environmental plan, which seeks to manage the waste generated. Therefore, once feasibility is determined, it is recommended, execute a business plan managing to cover a part of the unmet potential demand and improving the positioning of the furniture store.
