Proyecto de factibilidad de una empresa de servicios de asesoría a las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas del cantón Francisco de Orellana en las áreas contable, financiera y tributaria

Abstract

The objetive of this work was to carry out a feasibility study for the creation of a company that is engaged in consulting accounting, financial, and tax to the small and medium-sized enterprises in Orellana Province, and promoting a new culture tax, accounting and financial within the public and private companies. The feasibility project develops the market study, technical study, organizational and financial study; in order to analize the feasibility of creating a company to provide under international financial reporting standards and regulations in reference to the administrative, financial and tax management. The technical study of the project provides information concerning resources to be used by the company, talking into account that the most important resource is the human talent it is essential to have fit in the accounting, financial and tax areas operating staff, so the new company provides its services effectively, efficiently and satisfy the customers demands. The financial study of the project, determines the profitability trough the VAN analysis with a positive result of $18514.59 dollars, a benefit – cost that it establishes, that for every dollar invested in the project has a profit of $ 0.45 dollars, the Internal Rate of Return of 24.72%, then the entrepreneurship is profitable and playback period of investment will be in 3 years 7 months, time less tan the term loan for the financing of the project. In conclusion, the feasibility of the project was checked and contributing to the Plan of Good Living.
