Implementación de un sistema de gestión de calidad en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial de Pastaza.

Abstract

This research aims to achieve effective quality care users in the Provincial Government of Pastaza through an application of its organizational structure. The study addresses the implementation of the process management model for achieving quality management . Accordign to the alignment with the policy of the Ecuadorian state, it is driven in order to bring the public sector to practice this model in pursuit of improved intervention and institutional management. From a brief introduction and justification of the work this document presents the objectives achieved, the background and a detail of the methodology used. It focuses and develops management cycle process steps which lead to the configuration of the desired structure namely as follows: institutional mission and the corresponding " core business " , in the context of the powers established in the Constitution, COOTAD and other relevant legal instruments. The value chain processes, the structure itself , it presents the rationalization of human talent and the central government has an overall business approach without losing sight of community service and personal attention. This research is focused in the achievement scope of a streamlined time and attention on pertinent legal forms according to the exclusive and concurrent powers of the Provincial Government of Pastaza.
