Desarrollo de un sistema web para la facturación de la Lavadora y Lubricadora "Los Ángeles" aplicando el framework Laravel.

Abstract

The purpose of the present thesis projet was to develop a web system for billing the Los Angeles Washer and Lubricator by applying the Laravel framework. In the initial phase of the project, the billing process performed by the company using observation and interview techniques was completed. The agile SCRUM methodology was used for the development of the system, through which a collaborative environment was created between the client and the developer, obtaining 53 user stories and 12 technical histories, as well as defining the roles of users, administrator and employee. For the development of the modules technological tools were used as framework Laravel that allowed the development of the authentication system, mapping of relations objects (ORM), Blade templates, route system, Artisan command lines that will allow interaction. As a database manager, MySQL was used. On the other hand, the system uses the Model View Controller architecture allowing maintainability and scalability; In addition, it was hosted on the Apache web server. Also, the Test Link tool was used in order to perform a detection and correction of errors of the functionalities that make up the system. Finally, the efficiency of the application in the billing process was evaluated by evaluating the response types of the manual system and the automated system. The analysis of the obtained data was carried out through the T Student statistical method, obtaining as a result the significant difference, for which it is concluded that the average time of the manual system is greater than the average time of the automated system in 51.78%. Based on the results obtained, it is recommended to apply the Laravel framework, since it allows the development of robust web systems in less time and at a lower cost.
