Implementación de un sistema de archivos de documentos, en el área de secretaría del Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales de Pastaza.

Abstract

This study has been worked out in order to be able establish an archival system in the Secretary´s Office in the Professional Driver´s Union of Pastaza. A detailed research about lacking of necessity in the Secretary´s Office in the Professional Driver´s Union of Pastaza has been carried out to achieve this implementation, which will support an easy and accessible operation in all secretary´s documents, as well as this research will strengthen and improve the work, interpersonal relationships, administrative and technique management in order to optimize the human and economic resources so that the services offered to clients were also improved. The implementation of this system aims to strengthen the archival activities through the application of rules and archrival´s techniques which will enable an efficient and secure development in the Secretary´s Office in the Professional Driver´s Union of Pastaza, as a result the clients will be assisted in the best manner possible. The research results which were achieved using investigation methods and techniques revealed the necessity of an appropriate implementation and execution of an archival system in the Secretary´s Office in the Professional Driver´s Union of Pastaza, therefore we must recommend the system of this study proposal in order to get a better attention to the clients as well as to give a good image and impression.
