Abstract

The design of a touring development plan for the waterfall La Belleza, Parish La Belleza of the Canton Orellana, year 2016 has as aim the creation of tourism and sustainable development to potentialize the touring offering of the parrish and the wellbeing of its inhabitants. Fort he development of the desing was applied different techniques and methods of data processing through the study of surveys destined to the inhabitants of the parrish La Belleza and its tabulation of the data to determine the objectives by means of the following planning system: phylosophical formulation, SWOT analysis, matrix of the strategies, butgets, programs, and the Annual Operative Plan of touring development and the matrix of time distribution. As a result is found that with the touring situational analysis of the waterfall La Belleza, several natural attractions were identified, the same that must be used sustainably through the preservation of the environment and the tourig activity. Furthermore, the present investigation is planned to use strategies and programs that help to the touring articulation and the business within the parrish. It is recommended that the inhabitants, authorities and tourists spread the natural atracctions that posses the parrish to bring a big emphasis to the touring activity and the dynamism of the economy of the location by means of the supporting of the national organisms. In conclusion, the implementing of a plan of sustainable touring development constitutes a tool that has as aim to articulate important areas such as: touring, business, gastronomy, lodging public and private enterprises that provide the creation of a touring offering of quality to accomplish the expectations of both the tourists and inhabitants in general.
