Planificación estratégica al Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales del cantón Patate, de la provincia de Tungurahua, período 2016-2020

Abstract

The Strategic Planning to the Trade Union of professional drivers of Canton Patate in the province of Tungurahua, period 2016 - 2020, aims to ensure an economic growth, the institutional image before the population, and the ability to mobilize resources, a new mission, vision, and the SWOT matrix were established for its development, in which the main weakness was the lack of training processes, it was also identified as strength to have its own infrastructure, the respective strategies to reach the goals are proposed as the trainings for the Professional Drivers, the structural organization chart, and the function manual were also updated, and the different activities that are specific to each position were included, in addition to actions that were taken to meet the planned objectives, finally, financial projections are made of both income and expenditure, including remunerations, and other expenses such as basic services and supplies, considering a 5% of increase due to the fact that there is a percentage of inflation in the study period. It is recommended to train to the officials on the function manual and to apply the internal processes of the trade unions, to improve the performance of the entity.
