Abstract

This research “Strategies Design for archiving, for the Decentralized Autonomous Government Rural Paris Garcia Moreno, Francisco de Orellana Canton, Orellana province” whose purpose is to save the documentation and information to optimize time when the administrative processes required. Through surveys to administrative staff and users, it can show the existing problems within the organization and documental management of the institution, based on these results, strategies were developed to improve the flow and custody of documents which generates and receives identity. Implement tools for proper management of general archive, physical space for the custody and management of general archive, instructive of local regulations for handling general archive and training to officials who manage the institutional file. These strategies will motivate officials to change attitudes through training and on the other hand, establish processes focused on documentation and archiving processes of the institution. It is recommended to implement the strategies, tactics, aimed at improving the management of the same file, which is mandatory since through this component will help to optimize the knowledge and skills in the management of documents in the institution.
