Diseño de un plan de negocios para repotenciar el Vivero Forestal Totorillas del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Guamote, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

The objetive of this research is the desing of a business plan to repower the forestry nursery totorillas of the government decentralized autonomous municipal of Canton Guamote, province of Chimborazo”. The market research was realized with 384 surveys to know the plants with major demand, tastes and preferences of Chimborazo families, thus facilitating decision-making of the staff involved and increase their production hence the income of the entity. In this study it was obtained an unsatisfied demand for 3´451.953 native plants and 1´134.280 exotic. The forestry nursery has a capacity of 1´020.000 of plants; it should be clarified that its production will be contrasting each year. In the technical study we determined the size of the Project, indicating 992,580 native plants and 84.475 exotic. In the financial aspect it is reflected that the project needs of $113.827.52 being provided with 46% of proper capital and 54% financed. Then it carried out the costs and expenses it was established that the VAN is $ 52.036, being a positive balance we can indicate that the Project is viable. The TIR is 29,39% being greater than the discount rate is determined that the Project is profitable. The PRI is 3 years and 8 month. Performing the sensitivity analysis determines that the Project has low risk. It is concluded that the Project is feasible, when financial indicators are positive from the point of view technical and comercial, reason why its implementation is recommended.
