Estrategias para fortalecer la utilización de los recursos financieros del Banco Pichincha, en la provincia de Chimborazo.

Abstract

The main objective of this research work is to develop strategies to strengthen the use of the financial resources of Banco Pichincha in Chimborazo Province, with the aim of increasing the monetary resources, enabling institutional growth in new markets. In order to do this, it has been followed a methodology that is based on the analytical method – synthetic which allowed the revision of the literature, in the same way was considered the use of the inductive method-descriptive for the analysis of the subject, the instruments that allowed the collection of information were the interview and the survey. In the study, a comprehensive financial analysis was carried out where have considered the accounts that make up the group of the financial structure of Banco Pichincha taking into account a period between 2015 and 2016, with regard to this process the horizontal analysis made it possible to see that the credit portfolio has a sustained growth which is beneficial to the institution. According to the vertical analysis, it was easy to know the margin of representativeness of each account against the group to which it belongs by determining a minimum variation in terms of the assets and liabilities of the balance sheet. It is recommended to consider the strategic planning model, which detailed guidelines and activities that must be met in order to achieve the goals set, taking into account that based on the financial indices and projections that have been made during the research process, beneficial results are observed for the entity.
