Abstract

The financial management system model was formulated and proposed for the company Vietic Cía. Ltda., so that the company can be managed efficiently, effectively and economically, promoting a technical, human and transparent management in the delicate process of administration and allocation of financial resources. A non-experimental research was developed because there is no manipulation of variables; It was based on the observation of their needs and the design was longitudinal because if the management system is applied, it will be possible to analyze the before and after of the company. The following methods were used in the study: deductive, since it starts from a general analysis to arrive at particular explanations; analytical method, through which data from a selected sample will be analyzed to study them individually within a quantitative approach since if the management system is applied, the impact can be measured numerically with the indicators; qualitative, which implies the interpretation of the situation of the company and the design of the system was carried out based on the existing needs. Moreover, a comparative study of the financial documentation corresponding to the period between the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 was carried out, which was the selected population, according to the criterion of access to information in order to ensure the feasibility and viability that satisfies the minimum necessary requirements to guarantee the development of the research. Finally, it was determined that the criteria and indicators made it possible to measure the economic performance of the company, in the same way that the proposed model establishes a phase for efficient financial management.
