Sistematización de la información técnico científica generada en investigaciones en cuyes del repositorio de la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo y la Universidad Central del Ecuador.

Abstract

The purpose of this degree work was to systematize the scientific technical information generated in investigations on guinea pigs from the repository of the State Technical University of Quevedo and the Central University of Ecuador. For this, it was essential to rationalize the resources of the previous research works on guinea pigs, as well as to promote adoptable results for their replication. The applied methodology responds to a theoretical descriptive analysis on the scientific support reported by the authors on the various research guidelines related to guinea pigs, the type of research proposed is a bibliographic review taking into account the scientific rigor and the quality of the information presented by the authors. The systematization applied was based on the CETALS programming where the retrieval and ordering of the bibliographically reported experience is used under inclusion criteria followed by the delimitation of the study object and systematization objectives besides retrieving the information from the object of study analyzing the operational of the information collected until reaching a synthesis of the information in relation to the objective of systematization through tables, graphs and concept maps. After rationalizing the bibliographic search, 19 studies related to guinea pigs were obtained, in the area of castration, growth, trade, and others. In the UEQ, 4 studies were obtained, since the university is located in the coastal part of the country. The investigations taken for this project do not have similar study areas except for growth through an experimental diet. The completion of a database in the Access software is completed. It is easy to access for the user and is designed for the preparation and representation of databases. It is recommended to collect the techniques for raising guinea pigs from research and apply them in the field.
