Elaboración de un plan estratégico para mejorar la gestión administrativa en la compañía Riversweet Construcciones Cia. Ltda., en el cantón Loreto, provincia de Orellana

Abstract

The present study entitled a strategic plan to improve the administrative management of a company called Riversweet Construcciones Cía. Ltda. located in Loreto, province of Orellana. was created to establish real and strategic objectives to satisfy the needs of the company and the economic situation of the country. To verify the problem of the investigation, some surveys were applied to workers and an interview with the manager - owner with the purpose of providing internal information of the organization, to know the incidence and the macro environment. For the analysis of the current situation of the organization, an internal and external analysis was carried out using the SWOT Matrix where it was possible to determine that the company presents some difficulties regarding its management as it lacks of defined objectives, the staff is poorly trained and does not comply with the functions and responsibilities as they do not have function and process manuals, they lack an organizational chart structure in accordance with the current situation of the company. The proposal contains the mission, vision, objectives to be met and a structural organization chart, as well as administrative, financial, operational and human talent strategies, It is concluded that this strategic plan will allow making correct decisions to improve the administrative management of the company Riversweet Construcciones Cía. Ltda. Therefore, the management staff of the company is recommended to implement this plan
