Diseño del sistema de responsabilidad social empresarial para la empresa textil Artex de Pelileo

Abstract

The obiective of the document focused on the design of a socially responsible management system in a textile company called Artex de Pelileo, through the adaptation of tools based on the criteria of ISO 26000 so that in an ethical and transparent manner, it balances its social, economic and environmental results. Corporate Social Responsibility has currently shown itself to be the most adaptable management system to the reality of any organization, regardless of its size, sector or line of business and based on the participation of its internal and external stakeholder groups. In this way, through a mixed approach, with a descriptive study, of a quasilinear nature, the logical-deductive method was applied, through a survey of the company's collaborators, instrumented with a questionnaire of questions that covered the internal and external dimensions of CSR based on the rapid diagnosis model of CSR perception adapted to the reality of the present investigation, where the limited knowledge of the subject in the organization is noted. According to the graphic and statistical analysis, it was concluded that the company does not have a formal organizational structure, it is guided by experience, for this reason it is very rare to find continuous records of operating results, income and expenses that it requires to maintain the business, at least with the liquidity to meet the short-term obligations required. In addition, a specific proposal was established for each indicator, so that the company develops CSR in the following months.
