“Propuesta de un sistema de gestión integral para la Cooperativa de Transportes Patria”

Abstract

The objective of this study was to propose a comprehensive management system, through documentation based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001 standards for the Patria Transport Cooperative. The design of the system to manage the processes of the cooperative was based on a non-experimental investigation, since to carry out the analytical work no practice was carried out in a laboratory, but all the activities were carried out within the cooperative facilities, in the sample of our research are the partners and human talent of the different areas, and the study used a sample with the users of the service. Regarding the investigative techniques, surveys were used, which allowed obtaining quantitative data regarding aspects of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management, these being found at a medium level, which indicated that they should be improved; In addition, interviews were used, which were addressed to the management personnel, finally observation sheets were used, which were used by the researcher to evaluate the performance of human talent and the state of the facilities. It is concluded that through the design of a comprehensive management system for the "Patria" Cooperative, it will be possible to provide a much more optimal development to any of the services offered. Engagement by the human talent of the company, especially by its associates is recommended within the Patria transport cooperative, as this is the key component that will determine the success of the comprehensive plan.
