Determinación de los coeficientes de digestibilidad del maíz y la soya a través de pruebas de digestibilidad in-vivo en ponedoras comerciales.

Abstract

The objetive of this research work was the determination of the coefficients of digestibility of corn and soybeans through in-vivo digestibility tests in commercial layers. This research was carried out in the facilities of the poultry farm “Dos Hermanos”, located in El Batan Neighborhood 1 km to Guayllabamba, Chambo Canton, Chimborazo Province. The treatments evaluated were: T1: (Corn 35% soybean 65%); T2: (Corn 50% soybean 50%); and T3: (Corn 65% soybean 35%). In the research 18 hens of 55 weeks of age were used, the same ones that were fed for 15 days, the collection of the feces was carried out and later the bromatological composition was analyzed (initial humidity, hygroscopie humidity, ash, protein, fat and free extract of nitrogen). In the analysis a completely randomized design was used with 3 experimental treatments, each with 6 repetitions, the variables that were used are the analysis of variance and the tests of separation of means according to Tukey (α<0.05). The best results were obtained with the T3: (Corn 65% soybean 35%) presenting the following values for: MS 78,30%; for MO 78,30%; for PT 78,31%; for EE 78,28%; for FC 78,30% and 78,30% for ELN. It is recommended to replicate the study in different poultry species in production in order to demonstrate the effect on production with different treatments.
