Diseño de un sistema de gestión integral para la empresa LAC Líder Auditor Contable ubicada en la ciudad de el Coca, en la provincia Francisco de Orellana

Abstract

This research was conducted with the objective of designing an Integral Management System in the company LAC Líder Auditor Accountant located in the city of El Coca in the province of Francisco de Orellana, in order to improve the performance of the functions performed by its employees. For the development of the research, research techniques were applied such as interviewing the manager, in addition to surveys applied to employees and customers, which helped to determine the current situation and thus show what were the shortcomings in the operational process. The results showed a lack of knowledge, as well as a weak leadership on the part of the Manager, and the collaborators, were not clear about the processes, maintaining an inadequate system to perform their activities. The proposal focuses on Designing an Integral Management System for the company and implementing a structural organization chart, designing a process map, involving stakeholders and establishing continuous improvement as an objective, allowing the organization to direct environment control, thanks to the studies carried out, accurate results were obtained and objectives were established that will help improve the processes and strengthen the corporate image. It is recommended to apply the research to mitigate errors, at the same time manage and provide solutions based on the results, facilitating decision-making and achieving better results, promoting an organizational culture, allowing the organization to achieve the established goals and greater openness and competitiveness in the market in which it develops
