Sistema web de facturación y control de inventarios, para la librería y papelería “Famey”.

Abstract

The main objective was the development of the invoicing web system and inventory control for Librería y papelería “FAMEY” located in the city of Ambato. We applied the agile Scrum methodology for development, which allowed to do the preliminary analysis of the project, the planning, the development, and a subsequent evaluation. The preliminary analysis consisted of the study of technical, economic and risk management feasibility; we applied technologies such as REACT, Material-UI, CSS, NoSQL databases in the development; for the evaluation by means of the ISO-25000 standard, we considered the computer equipment of the administrator and the computer equipment of the store, obtaining as a result an improvement of 67.81% in the sales processes with the equipment of the administrator, and 62.81% in the equipment of the store. Furthermore, in the automated inventory search for the administrator, the time of this process was reduced by 98.29% compared to the time of manual research. Being it is a web system, we did a comparison with the system in different browsers. Thus, having that the CPU consumption enhances between 50% and 80%, and RAM memory enhances in a range of 7% to 8%. We concluded that there is a clear improvement in the processes management, for this reason, we recommend the use of React for the development of the Front End, since when working dynamically and because of components, it allows a greater agility by displaying programmed functions and executed in real time.
