Evaluación de diferentes niveles de fitasa en la dieta de pollitas Lohmann Brown.

Abstract

The objetive was to evaluate the productive parameters in Lohmann Brown chicks with different phytase levels (50g/Tn, 100g/Tn, 150g/Tn) so the present work was carried out in the poultry farm “EL PEDREGAL” in Guano canton, Chimborazo Province for 8 weeks. The experimental results were modeled using a completely randomized desing, with 3 treatments that conformed the different levels of phytase, 50 g/Tn, 100g/tn, 150g/Tn, compared to a control treatment with 3 repetitions for each treatment, each experimental unit was made up of 20 chicks, the experimental measurements were initial, final, weight gain, feed conversion, mortality percentage and batch uniformity. The productive characteristics in Lohmann Brown chicks, fed with three levels of phytase compared to a control treatment, showed a higher final weight (724,40 g), feed consumption (1672,03 g), greater weight gain (686,07 g) as well as greater uniformity (95,00) when using 150 g of phytase. With respect to the higher feeed conversion efficiency (2,93) was recorded when using 50 g of phytase, while using the same leve lof phytase there were no mortality rates in the chicks, which allowed producers to optimize the productive behavoir of the hens. The production costs were 4,22 US dollars that are profitable since the chicks are developed properly without major expenses being efficient as replacement birds that will cause high economic benefits because their position is guaranteed by the adequate development with 150g, of phytase.
