Desarrollo de un sistema web B2C para los locales del Centro Comercial la Condamine de la ciudad de Riobamba

Abstract

The objective of this Curricular Integration Project was to develop a B2C web system for the stores of La Condamine Shopping Center in the city of Riobamba using the agile XP methodology. The web system was called "RioCompras". First, we identified the system modules through a bibliographic review of the components of a virtual store and observation of some of the most recognized e-commerce web platforms in Ecuador. We utilized the architecture that establishes the following technologies: MongoDB for the database, Node.js for the backend together with Express and for the frontend Angular.js (MEAN). We utilized a hosting system called DigitalOcean to put the system into production that adjusts to the technologies defined in the system. Finally, we evaluated the degree of satisfaction of the RioCompras system, using the satisfaction characteristic, through the "Usefulness" sub characteristic of the ISO/IEC 25010 quality model, through the measurement of the following metrics: Level of satisfaction, Discretionary use of functions and Percentage of user complaints, based on the ISO/IEC 25022 standard. With the average of these metrics, we obtained a result of 7.88 (78.8%) which, being in the range of measurement values between [4.91 - 7.9], allowed determining that the RioCompras system reached an "Acceptable" score level and therefore the degree of satisfaction is "Satisfactory".
