Propuesta técnico-económica para la organización e implantación de áreas de servicios en el taller automotriz del GADIMET.

Abstract

The rising of information of the car work shop of the GADIMET, was carried out by means of a field investigation, verifying the deficiencies that it has; this refers to infrastructure, working areas and equipment, being verified an complete and not specialized service, as well as of the absence of safe-deposit norms and care to the environment. It intends the installation of a plan of planned preventive maintenance, therewith it is sought to give a complete and specialized service, starting point for the technical study, for equipments and tools, infrastructure, the personnel, all they will guarantee the maintenances in the vehicular fleet. The present study contemplates the construction of zones and areas of service, with the due technical specifications of illumination, ventilation, temperature and security, to offer a better working atmosphere. It also intends the incorporation of a system of waste of waters been good to reduce the contamination. In relationship to the workers` security it proposes about the technical acquisition of equipments of personal protection, that together the adaptation of safe-deposit norms, they wil be implemented inside the workshop. Finally, with the technician-economic study of the installation, focused to the infrastructure, equipment, inputs and supplies of vehicles, equipments of personal protection, it is contemplated the appropriate and required variables for the installation of the project.
