Diseño y organización del taller automotriz para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Zapotillo según normas ISO 14001 Y OHSAS 18001.

Abstract

The project design and organization of auto shop for Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) of the Canton Zapotillo, according to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, aims to design and organize a workplace based on standards of industrial safety, occupational health and environment, enabling them to offer quality maintenance services for light and heavy vehicles of the municipality. The distribution of automotive maintenance center (AMC) provides considerations and recommendations developed by the engineering knowledge Automotive and related careers, needed for sizing pneumatic installations, working areas, lighting, ventilation, equipment and tools, with these conditions is sought improve productivity and efficiency of the workshop without neglecting aspects of functionality, ergonomics, safety and industrial hygiene, as well as the important factor of environmental conservation. This work contains the parameters or guidelines required of auto repair shops by the competent bodies, the same that will be useful to the authorities of GAD Zapotillo when they require some form of accreditation or certification national and international levels to be achieved in AMC competitive and reliable entity.
