Estudio de factibilidad para la implementación del taller de mantenimiento automotriz de la Ep-Emapar.

Abstract

The topic of this research work is "Feasibility study for the implementation of automotive maintenance workshop from EP-EMAPAR". It shows the optimal distribution of a maintenance and automotive repair industry workshop for vehicles of EP-EMAPAR. This proposal originates from the current requirement of the company by not having a workshop with technical and specialized services, to ensure the proper performance of their vehicles. Implementing a workshop of these characteristics would be highly beneficial for it. For achieving this distribution has been taken into account all the main considerations, recommendations and know ledge developed by the automotive engineering and related branches; both process optimization and the design of installations along with equipment, tools and machinery. The main purpose is to optimize the effectiveness and productivity of the workshop, sparing no effort in regard to functionality, industrial safety and environmental hygiene. The workshop will have areas such as: straightened, paint, mechanical, vulcanized, welding, lubrication, washing, and so on, with latest technology machinery which will facilitate perform all automotive services with excellent quality. It is concluded that the present research work is a guide to show how it can be a plant layout designed. In the particular case, it has been defined to an automotive maintenance workshop of EP-EMAPAR, although it is notable that it canal so be applied to any other interest to the reader of this work.
