Propuesta de un sistema contable computarizado para mejorar la gestión administrativa financiera en la Microempresa ALEX SPORT, de la ciudad de Riobamba provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

The present project contains the proposal of a countable computer system to improve the administration – financial management of the micro enterprise “ALEX SPORT” in Riobamba city, province of Chimborazo, with the aim to be a base and consulting for the owners and workers to develop their activities. At the process of the investigation and for the elaboration of this proposal were used different investigation techniques and instruments as: deductive and analytic method, interviews, observations, analysis and web pages. For the elaboration was proposed the implementation of the countable system MONICA 8 to control and organize the different activities, knowing the administration and financial situation. Due to the quick, timely and useful information that this system produces could be executed the purpose and so fulfill with the aims. It was proposed to demonstrate the different activities and processes of the micro enterprise; also it will be helpful with its tributary obligations according to the exigency and to present truthful, suitable and reliance information, which will be reflected at the financial conditions, It is recommended to the owner of the micro enterprise ”ALEXSPORT” to implement this countable system that determinate the study of this investigation to take the best decisions in the enterprise ́s benefit and its workers and also to carry out its goals at the minor time as possible.
