Abstract : In the Vegetal Sanity Department of the Natural Resources Faculty of the Escuela Superior Politecnica de Chimborazoit was determined the response of five strains of biofungicide Trichoderma sp. named: Pasaje, TJM, Ca36-3, Tung and Ju27 by combining them with fungicides Melaleuca alternifolia, fenpropimorf, trifloxystrobin, difenoconazole y epoxiconazol, used in the province of Los Ríos to combatMycosphaerella fijiensis Morelet. For its effect was made: the evaluation of the growth of five strains of biofungicide and determination of rate of the strains of the biofungicide Trichoderma sp. to the five fungicides. Afterwards it was made the statiscal treatment of the data through: variance analysis, tests of medium separation and lineal regression analysis for determination of effective dose 50 (DE ).The strains of the biofungicide Trichoderma sp. presented differences in the determination of the radial growth ¨in vitro¨ to 24 hours of incubation with theaverage valueof T 1 18,25, T 2 xiii 50 23,17, T 3 14,75, T 4 21,00 y T 23,22 mm; to 48 hours of incubationthe strains of the biofungicide reached their maximum growth of 45 mm.In the test of the biofungicide strains tolerance Trichoderma sp. to the five chemical fungicides, it was determined that the DE of Melaleuca alternifolia, fenpropimorf, difenoconazole and epoxiconazol, about the biofungicide is notcompatiblein the other hand trifloxystrobin in dose of0,047, 0,094, 0,188 has aDE 50 of 0,14 ppm. The response of the biofungicideTrichoderma sp. to four of the essayed fungicides was negative, that is that the biofungicide is not developed face to Melaleuca alternifolia, fenpropimorf, difenoconazole and epoxiconazol; face totrifloxystrobin develops to low concentrations to the recommended for the manufacturer, therefore for the agricultural practice it is recommended the joint use of trifloxystrobin se with the biofungicideTrichoderma sp.
