Abstract : This research proposes: getting isolates fungus for handling of nematodes fitoparasites of the tomato rhizosphere, (Lycopersicum sculentum L.); from five agro ecosystems in the provinces of Chimborazo (4 samples) and Tungurahua (1 sample) conducted in the Biology laboratory, Faculty of Natural Resoures. Through the serial dilution method was obtained 41 isolates, the isolated strains were confronted with a high population of nematodes (90 individuals) of the genus Passalurus sp. After 96 hours the parasitized nematodes or inactive were accounted for, the obtained data were analyzed through the non-parametric test of Kruskal-Wallis test, they showed highly significant differences (<0.0001) according to rank, the native micro-organisms selected for pathogenicity test are GUC, GUE, UTD, GUL and SLJ. However the strains also were tested such as: PAD, SLB, SLE, SJA, by being statistically similar to the best isolates. It was used a DCA with there replicates for pathogenicity test, the fungus with a concentration of 108 spores and 40 nematodes of the Meloidogyne genus for each repetition. It was registered the percentage of inactivity of nematodo at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours, the obtained data were subjected to a transformation Bliss the analysis of variance threw highly significant differences (<0,0001) for the treatment by time. Significance for treatment interaction by time wasn´t presented. The Tukey test at 5% for the treatment factor showed that in rank a, the T1 treatments were localed: GUC (Trichoderma, 73,96%), T6: SLB (Paecylomices, 70,21%) and T7: SLE (Acremonium, 66,67%). These were the isolates that present the highest inactivity percentage of the nematodes fito parasitized Meloidogyne gender. It is recommended testing different substrates for mass multiplication of these fungi and its application in the field. Keywords: nematodes fito parasitized, tomato, parasitized nematodes or inactive.
