Elaborar un Estudio de Factibilidad para un proyecto de turismo comunitario del cantón Caluma, provincia de Bolívar

Abstract

Community tourism is in alternative for many tourist, but it needs the government regulation which promotes tourist attractions in the area and feasibility through programs, being a free activity, tourist not only impacts the economic sector itself but also it strongly influences the performance of the other sectors, since the diversity of types of tourism has enabled participatory plurality of agents exist, such as: nature, culture, history and community. Taking into account the importance of the interrelationship between tourism and the community is trying, through this work, enhance the natural and social aspects of the Caluma Parrish, place where the present investigation in taking place, tourist wealth of this county, its natural environment full of places conducive to the development of activities related to the environment. To diagnose the community, were detailed each of the components of the tourism sector, analyzing their advantages and disadvantages. For the diagnosis was conducted population surveys, which allowed identification the real needs of the place. The project for the community, for its functionality and economic return; consist Tour packages, bunks will be made for the housing of the tourists, and where the company will operate under the name “Tropical Paradise” tourist office operation where Tourism Community Group will be responsible for the execution of tourist packages under the modality of all included. The project’s initial investment will be USD 20,000 dollars, includes the construction of tourist bunks, equipment, tourist office and promotion.
