Rehabilitación y puesta a punto de la máquina de electroerosión marca topedm y la prensa de excéntrica marca smeral del taller de CAD - CAM de la Escuela de Ingeniería Industrial.

Abstract

This research named titration rehabilitation and set-up of the machine of electroerosion brand Topedm and the press of eccentric brand Smeral of the workshop of CAD-CAM of the school of Industrial Engineering, is to rehabilitate the machines. The same ones that for more than a decade were out of use due to lack of programming maintenance and in the management of the necessary resources. In order to carry out the rehabilitation it was necessary the corrective maintenance of machines and the replacement of each of the damaged or missing elements and the implementation of electrical and pneumatic installations for each machine in order to achieve its rehabilitation and set-up. For the identification of the damaged elements, the machines were exploded and then identified if each if the elements were or were not able to enter into operation, based on corrective maintenance, it was necessary to use technical data sheets such as AMFE and P-M, the same ones that helped to determine their failures to proceed to the respective replacement of all the elements and get the perfect operation of both machines. The result of this work was to achieve the rehabilitation of the machines and leave them ready to go into operation. Once the titration work is finished, it is concluded. That after having made the respective connections and replacements of elements, and perform the respective tests if functionality to check that everything is in perfect operation. It is recommended not to operate these machines without the personal protection equipment and the necessary knowledge of the machines.
