Abstract : The present degree work investigated the influence of the types intelligence on the creativity of students of the first ande thnth level of the School of Graphic Desing of Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo, determining characteristics, types and levels. Two tests werw applied; With the first test were determined the types of intelligences that are eight, and the second test of Creativity to measure the levels of creativity are 3 and these are positive and negative. Different types of methods and techniques werw used, one of the methods used was the analytical-synthetic method determinig the students´results when tabulating the apllied testand the Inductive-deductive method to determine percentages of the data obtained from the tyoes of Intelligences and level of creativity. The simple is determined by students in the first and tenth semester. The following results were obtained: in the first semester, the intrapersonal intelligence is the intelligence that is most often repeated is the 73.07%and in the tenth level the intelligence that is most often repeated is the Interpersonal Intelligence with a negative level of creativity in a 41.37%. Therefore it was concluded that the tests of intelligences do not influence the creativity of the students. In addition, it was verified that the type of intelligence has nothing to do with the level of creative that is to say it cannot be assumed that an intelligence student is creative or on contrary if he is creative it is because he must be intelligent. The continuity of the research after 5 years is recomended to the first semester students, to know in this way if their level of creativity changes after their years of study.
