dc.description	La presente información propone: diseñar un plan de salvaguardia del patrimonio cultural inmaterial referente al arte textil de la confección de alfombras en el cantón Guano, provincia de Chimborazo; con el fin de proteger y mantener la continuidad de las prácticas tradicionales, donde se realizaron métodos investigativos analíticos, descriptivos y de campo, recopilando información secundaria; se inició con el registro del patrimonio cultural inmaterial utilizando fichas de registro del INPC, logrando identificar 11 manifestaciones vinculadas a la confección de alfombras que se enmarcan en los ámbitos de técnicas artesanales tradicionales, tradiciones y expresiones orales y conocimientos y usos relacionados con la naturaleza y el universo, posteriormente se realizó un análisis situacional con un relato histórico de los textiles del cantón y de las épocas que contribuyeron para el desarrollo del arte textil del territorio, considerando los posibles factores de pérdida de transmisión del conocimiento artesanal, además se analizó el estado actual de las manifestaciones a través de una herramienta metodológica de valoración cuantitativa a partir del análisis cualitativo de las manifestaciones registradas, consecutivamente se realizó la matriz FODA y se identificaron nudos críticos y factores claves de éxito a partir de lo mencionado se formuló los objetivos estratégicos y las estrategias que rigen el plan de salvaguardia, que consta de 4 programas y 9 proyectos basados en ejes principales de la salvaguardia (conservación, revitalización, transmisión, promoción, difusión y dinamización). Se concluye que la ciudad de Guano posee una gran riqueza patrimonial inmaterial en el arte textil de la confección de alfombras que por muchos años a formado parte de su identidad cultural, por lo que el diseño del plan está en función en aportar soluciones a nudos críticos y potencialización de factores claves de éxito tanto internos como externos a la dinámica del territorio. dc.description.abstract	The present information proposes: to design a plan to safeguard intangible cultural heritage related to the textile art of carpeting in the Canton of Guano, province of Chimborazo; in order to protect and maintain the continuity of traditional practices, where analytical, descriptive and field research methods are carried out, collecting secondary information; it began with the registration of intangible cultural heritage using INPC registration forms, identifying 11 manifestations related to the preparation of carpets that are framed in the areas of traditional craft techniques, tradition and oral expressions and knowledge and uses related to nature and the universe, an analysis of the situation was carried out whit a historical account of the textiles of the canton and of the times that contributed to the development of art of the territory, the point of view of the factors of loss transmission of the artisan knowledge, in addition of analyzing the current state of the manifestations through a methodological tool of quantitative evaluation base on the qualitative analysis of registered manifestations, the SWOT matrix was consecutively performed and the critics ante key success factors were identified from the point of view formulated the strategic objectives and the strategies that govern the safeguard plan, which consists of 4 programs and 9 projects base on the main axes of the safeguard (conservation, revitalization, transmission, promotion, diffusion and dynamization). It is concluded that city of Guano possesses a great immaterial patrimonial wealth in the textile of carpeting that for many years was part of its cultural identity, so that the design of plan is based on solutions to critical nodes and potentialization of key factors of success both internal and external to the dynamics of territory.
