Elaboración de un modelo de gestión administrativa para la Empresa “Queso Cañarejo” de la comunidad de Cungapite del cantón Cañar, provincia del Cañar para el período 2013

Abstract

The present thesis entitled "Elaboration of an Administrative Management Model for the Cañarejo Cheese Dairy Factory of the Community of Cungapite, Cañar Canton, Province of Cañar, for the 2013 Period", consists of carrying out a situational diagnosis to the company; in order to establish the critical points that have impacted on their activities and to propose improvement strategies through a new management model. FIRST CHAPTER: It consists of the approach and systematization of the problem encountered, and the objectives proposed by the research. SECOND CHAPTER: It contains the theoretical-conceptual framework with basic concepts regarding the thesis and scientific bases for the development of the study. THIRD CHAPTER: It establishes the methodology, techniques and instruments used in the research, also the idea to defend of the thesis is raised. FOURTH CHAPTER: Situational diagnosis of the company through an analysis of the external environment and its macro and microenvironment factors; the second stage is the study of satisfaction and brand positioning of the company and its internal analysis, finally the respective situational analysis matrices are elaborated. FIFTH CHAPTER: A new model of administrative management is proposed, including: institutional philosophy, organizational structure, policies and institutional objectives, action plan and also a manual of functions and procedures of the company. The conclusions and recommendations suggest to implement corrective actions to the shortcomings identified in the situational diagnosis, to contribute to the business development of the factory.
