Proyecto de factibilidad para la apertura de una agencia de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “Cacha” Ltda. En la ciudad de Cuenca

Abstract

This research is oriented to negotiate and create a financial mew support system through the saving and credit for the economic sector of the city of Cuenca, in order to provide the majority of services to the population, being able therewith to reach the goals and institutional objectives, the realized investigation, consists of a situational diagnosis of macro and micro environment where surveys where applied, to the Cuenca´s citizenship and interviews to the managers of the Savings and loan cooperative Cacha Ltda., with the purpose of detecting the FODA that will have the project to the moment of its administration. The theoretical mark was elaborated based on updated information by means of fundamental theoretical bases, a market study was formulated through surveys directed to the population of the city of Cuenca, to establish an appropriate presage of partners reception and to establish the operational dynamics of the new agency, it as designed the opening proposal and appropriate institutional administration, a financial study was carried out of the main sources of income, expenditures, financial indicators and certain financial analysis the non feasibility of the project. It is necessary to highlight that the elaboration of the present project was carried out with the decision and the support of the directives of the institution with the acces and the possible partners beneficiaries direct contact, so as to take the decision not to undertake the project, decision based on the market study that demonstrated that it is not feasible.
