| dc.description | La presente investigación propone: elaborar un plan de desarrollo turístico sostenible para la parroquia San Luis de Armenia del cantón Francisco de Orellana, provincia de Orellana; mediante recopilación de información primaria y secundaria, salidas de campo y talleres participativos realizados con la junta parroquial, se elaboró la evaluación del potencial turístico de la parroquia, analizando los siguientes ámbitos: físico - espacial, socio – cultural, ecológico - territorial y político administrativo, se realizó el levantamiento de atractivos turísticos aplicando la metodología de MINTUR, INPC, entrevistas con los pobladores y directivos de la parroquia, lo que permitió identificar 3 atractivos culturales y 6 atractivos naturales. Para el análisis situacional del sector turístico se aplicó la metodología de ZOPP, a través del árbol de problemas se determinó el principal obstáculo que impide el desarrollo turístico de la parroquia, en el análisis de alternativas se buscaron soluciones para resolver el problema identificado y mediante el análisis de involucrados se identificaron los actores que ayudarán y respaldaran la actividad turística. Los componentes de desarrollo se fundamentaron en el análisis situacional y en los talleres participativos realizados con el GAD Parroquial, donde se estableció: la misión, visión, estrategias, programas y proyectos mediante la aplicación de matrices lógicas. A través de la metodología de SENPLADES se establecieron programas operativos anuales que ayudó a la realización de los cronogramas y el presupuesto a ejecutarse mensuales y trimestrales hasta el año 2021. Se concluye que el plan de desarrollo será una guía que ayudará al desarrollo turístico de la parroquia bajo lineamientos de sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad. | dc.description.abstract | The current research proposes the implementation of a sustainable tourism plan for San Luis de Armenia parish belonging to Francisco de Orellana County, Orellana province. This was carried out through the compilation of primary and secondary information obtained from field trips and participative workshops carried out with the board members of the parish. The tourist potential of the parish was also evaluated making a physical, spatial, social, cultural, ecological, territorial, political and administrative analysis as well as the promotion of tourist attractions by using MINTUR, INPC methodology, some interviews were also applied for the population and authorities of the parish, this allowed identifying 3 cultural and 6 natural attractions. For the situational analysis of the tourist sector, it was necessary to use ZOPP methodology and through the problem tree, the main barrier impeding the tourist development of the parish was also determined. Within the alternatives analysis, it was possible to find solutions for solving the problem and through the analysis of people involved it was possible to identify the actors who will help to support the tourist activity. The components for the development were based on the situational analysis as well as the participative workshops carried out at the municipality of the parish, where the mission, vision, strategies, programs and projects were established through the application of logical matrixes. By using SENPLADES methodology, it was possible to establish annual operational programs which were useful for the implementation of the schedule and budget to be used monthly and quarterly until 2012. It is concluded that the development plan will be under sustainability parameters and will become a helpful guide for the tourist development of the parish.
