Proyecto de viabilidad financiera para la creación del terminal terrestre interprovincial administrado por el GAD municipal de la ciudad de Quinindé en el período 2013-2015

Abstract

This present research has as objective to study the financial viability for the creation of Inter-provincial Land Terminal managed by the Municipal GAD (decentralized Autonomous Governmet.) Quinindé city, to created a suitable space for moving people from different parts of the country. This analysis focused under the quantitative approch and surveys, the data were taken from the population simple and the infrastructure desing of the Terminal, it is continued to determine the cost and revenues generated, A financial study was performed to determine the TIR (Internal Rate of Return) with a value 256% and a positive VAN (Net Present Value), it will allow the occupational and educational and cultural social economic development. In the project the level of research is correlational and association with variable, it proposes to determine the level of acceptance of the creation of Inter-provincial Land Terminal and the benefits that will be obtained. The research paper determines that the financial viability Project is profitable and the payback will occur in the first year of operation, all involved people are performing a hard and effective work.
