Diagnóstico y plan de erradicación de la Brucelosis (Brucellaabortus) en la hacienda La Isabela de Sasaput Chambo

Abstract

In the present work, the mechanisms of pattogenicity, virulence, survivalin the host, zoonotic aspects and various symptoms produced in the animal Brucellosis were investigated. The present situation is shown in some countries that present it and those alresdy eradicated. Detailed descriptions of the two vaccines used against Brucellaabortus (starin 19 and RB51) were made taking into account their characteristics, effects that produce in the animal, adequate modes of use and the interferences that occur with inadequate use of these vaccines in the serological diagnosis of bovine Brucellosis. As for the diagnosis and plan for the eradication of Brucellaabortus at the Isabela de Sasaput farm, the primary analizes carried out using the “Rosa de Bengala” method of a herd of 32 famale animals detected the precense of Brucella in 7 livestock the same as were submitted to the confirmatory ELISA COMPETITIVE to highlight false positives being the positive result for the same 7 animals. It is designed and recommended the implementation of and eradication plan that is base don the current regulation of AGROCALIDAD, wich mentions the immediate disposal of positive animals with all biosegurity standards. It is also suggested that within this eradication plan comply with sanitary parameters such as: deparasitization and revaccination specific to the herd. It is also necessary to interact with Ecuadorian public entitíes such as AGROCALIDAD and MAG to detect brucelosis in catle herds in time
