Modelo de Gestión basado en Balanced Scorecard para el fortalecimiento de la Gestión Administrativa del Municipio de Guamote, 2014-2019

Abstract

The current work of degree was made with the topic, model of management based on Balanced Scorecard for the strengthening of the administrative management of the municipality of Guamote for the period 2014 – 2019. The main objective is to design a model of management that foments to fortify the current management by means of the methodology of Balanced Scorecard. That is why was proceeded to make an investigation based on the inductive and deductive method the same that helped to obtain bigger information of each of the involved aspects in the study, as investigation tools for which surveys, questionnaires, and direct observation were used to make the investigation the most real possible. With the application of the investigation tools, the results more real were obtained, which helped with the mapping of the information of 10 years ago, to diagnose the causes of the existing massive poverty in the canton Guamote, the role that accomplishes the Decentralized Autonomous Government, as institution of the government, the different politic trends that are managed within the canton; on this way, it has empowered to formulate strategic objectives that solve the real problems that exists in the canton. Once the investigation was concluded, the formulated hypothesis was evidenced, since the administrative management of the DAG was strengthened through a strategic plan that indicates clearly what is pretended to make, how it must be done, and whom will make it; everything with just one objective, to get better the life quality of the inhabitants of the canton, for the future investigations is recommended to follow the 10 steps of the BSC, as well as to change the perspectives of the BSC, since the perspectives of the private field are totally distinct to the perspectives of the governmental public field.
