Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de servicios de limpieza para hogares y oficinas en la ciudad de Puyo, provincia de Pastaza

Abstract

The feasibility project for the creation of an enterprise of cleaning service for home and offices in the city of Puyo, Province of Pastaza, with the aim to satisfy the unsatisfied demanding of cleaning and profitability of its services, by allowing to show that the cleaning problem of housing belonging to the socioeconomic level B, C+ and offices, in great measure is solved with the implementing of the same, without the need of using chemical products for those tasks. Once the influence factors were identified, a market study was necessary to implement, and the tool usage such as: the administrative-legal study, environmental study, technical study and the economic-financial study: EP (Equilibrium Point), CNV (Current Net Value), IRR (Internal Return Rate), RB/C (Ratio of Benefit-Cost) and PP (Payback Period) to show that this investment project is feasibly profitable and it could be executable. It is recommended the implementing of an Integral Quality System in order to the service to be offered has the bigger standards within the market and provide to the enterprise a leader trade mark in this type of services in the future.
