Diseño del subsistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito de la Pequeña Empresa de Pastaza, 2018

Abstract

The objective of this degree work was to design the safety subsystem and occupational health for the Savings and Credit Cooperative of the Small Company of Pastaza, with a focus on the institutional improvement, both qualitative and quantitative, in order to prevent and reduce accidents at work. The methodology used was through the application of the technique of the survey, which was applied to all personnel working in the Institution, thus allowing to know the current situation of the Cooperative. It was established that such financial institution requires to have an administrative tool according to the legal framework which guarantees a safe and healthy working environment. The proposal is based on designing a safety subsystem and occupational health, included job profile diagrams, and in this way to provide to the Cooperative with an instrument which will allow to reduce occupational accidents and create confidence in the personnel that works. It is concluded the diagnosis made to the activities of the cooperative which allowed to identify problems; administrative, economic, and social that merit finding solutions. It is recommended that the Savings and Credit Cooperative of the Small Company of Pastaza apply the occupational health and safety subsystem and, in this way, contribute to strict compliance with the legal framework and increase great possibilities that allow employees to perform better, guaranteed by a harmonious, safe and reliable work environment.
