Diseño de un sistema contable para la Empresa Comercial “Rioelite Distribuciones”, de la ciudad de Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

The objective of this degree was to design an accounting system for the company Rioelite distributions of the city of Riobamba, for the purpose of generating reliable and timely information to the appropriate decision-making During the process has been used several methods and rescarch techniques, which have facilitated the development of the study, information, which was applied to the staff, enabling relevant information allowing to determine: lack of an accounting system that allows for greater control of the daily transactions that are carried out in the company, lack of adequate control in the management of inventories, and their ignorance of the current financial situation. In the process of the study has been designed the accounting system, which defines a plan of accounts that control policies, were designed document formats, flowcharts sources; and, finally, a practical exercise. Therefore it is recommended that the manager of the company adopt the design of the accounting system already proposed that through this will have greater control of the movements to be carried out, looking for the benefit and development in decision-making within the company commercial employed the technique of the survey for the collection of will manage the company, and have also been established internal.
