Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una operadora turística, en el cantón Guaranda provincia de Bolívar, período 2016

Abstract

The development of this study, is justified by the benefit to society that will provide the creation of a cultural touristic gallery, in the canton of Guaranda, and the benefit to the tourism sector and the local economy, by applying market strategies, investment study and analysis of the equilibrium point will aim to position tourist attractions in the tourist market as references and attractions that can be visited constantly by both domestic and foreign tourists. The values ​​that were implanted in the study are: solidarity, support, efficient services, hard work, perseverance among others. On the other hand it was observed that the tourism sector in the Province of Bolivar, has not yet been fully exploited, reflected in the population that is currently unemployed, in addition to the potentialization of the tourist sites of the province. The study proposed the development of the feasibility of the project through assessment and diagnostic tools that led to demonstrate that the project is executable and measurable, in addition to the calculation of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), obtaining favorable results , about the creation of a tour operator in the canton of Guaranda.
