Diseño de un plan de gestión de riesgos institucional para el parque museo del agua “Yaku” en la Ciudad de Quito.

Abstract

The management of occupational risks is a fundamental part of the integral security of the state and direct responsibility of each entity of the public and private sectors within its administrative scope for the Water Museum Park "YAKU" of the city of Quito. In the collection of information on Institutional Risks, investigation of the potential risks of natural and anthropic origin is used; for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of risks is analyzed with the methodology of the NTP 330 regulation, the risk of fire was evaluated with the Meseri Method determining in the parking building a value of 6.86 points evidencing a slight risk, 5.28 for the building superior which identifies a medium risk, in the old vaults a value of 4.06 demonstrating a high risk of fire occurrence and the analysis of vulnerabilities according to the SGR, it can be shown that the evaluation factor is 53.2 and 54.8 respectively with an effect of medium-high vulnerability. It is recommended to carry out the implementation of the Risk Management Plan, the formation of emergency brigades and to manage the relevant training, consequently carry out evacuation drills to protect the integrity of the people who enter the “YAKU” Water Park Museum.
